Opening on 25 September 2016 the International Printmaking Alliance Founding Ceremony & Seminar took place in the Ancestral Old Temple/Palace of Culture at the Forbidden City-Museum of Palace in Beijing, China with the attendance of the China Art Academies’ deans and more than 40 international guests.
